You should use a high speed internet connection (DSL, cable, T-Lan or satellite internet) so you can download our movies or video clips in the shortest time possible. You will get the link from the website where you can download the videos usually 3 minutes after you have submitted your payment. The website with the link to the video is valid for 72 hours. If for some reason you cannot save the video to your hard drive within this time, please contact us at contact@hidden-layers.com.
- How can I download the product I've bought?
After your payment please log into your user account. Click on "My Konto" (My Account), then "Meine Bestellungen" (My Orders), and then the button "anzeigen" (show). At the bottom of the page you will find "Artikel herunterladen" (downloaded products). Click here on the product you have purchased. The download will then open automatically
- Will I get support in English if I have a problem or a question about your products?
Certainly! We speak German, English, French and of course Dutch. If you have a problem with our shop or have a question about our products, please leave us a message with a return phone number or Email. We will contact you within 24 hours.

No we will send you an invoice by email only. If you wish to have a printed invoice sent by postmail, Please contact us.

Please check your IE Browser settings and switch it to: “Setting your browser to always look for a new page:” • With Internet Explorer open, click on the Tools menu at the top of the page. • In that menu select Internet Options. • A new window will open and in the middle of the page click on Settings under Temporary Internet files. •Another window will open. Click on the button for Every Visit to the Page. This will tell your browser to always look for a new page instead of using the page that is in your cache. The Form of Date of Birth in our Shop is in this way MM/DD/YYYY (eg. 05/21/1970) [only in the English Version] Important " / " between Month, Day, Year.
- Which player can i play the videos/clips?
The videos / clips are all in windows media video format and can be played with Windows Media Player, after you've unpacked it on your computer.
